Dasher Technologies has signed a long-term lease for 24,660 square feet at the Campbell Technology Park in Campbell, CA. Owned by Campbell Technology Park, LLC, the project consists of four freestanding Class A R&D/office buildings located from 635 to 695 Campbell Technology Parkway. Dasher, a premier IT solutions provider, is repositioning and expanding its occupancy within the park. Steve Pace, Dan Hollingsworth and Karen Sigl with Cushman & Wakefield’s San Jose office represented the landlord in the transaction.

Mr. Pace, a Senior Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield, said, “Dasher’s long-term recommitment is rewarding and a testament to the desirability of Campbell Technology Park as well as the effort of ownership and our leasing team to successfully accommodate the company’s growth over the years—Dasher has nearly doubled its occupancy since joining the park in 2010 via multiple transactions.”

Situated in a desirable and strategic West Valley location, Campbell Technology Park is nearby California Highways 17 and 85 and Interstate 280. The property is just minutes from downtown Campbell and is adjacent to a four acre community park plus a par course joggings trail runs along the property’s perimeter. Additionally, the popular Los Gatos Creek Trail is also close proximity. The park is largely composed of technology, research and development as well as professional services firms.
